• Set apart the time.
• Initialize a sefirah
  • Lay the cards for your starting Sefirah out deliberately, feeling into the similarities in their meaning.
• Set a target sefirah
• Lay the Trump between the sefirot.
• Relax your body with deep breaths.
• Release the mind to free associate and see what happens!
