Signification of Wands

The Suit of Wands corresponds to the Will, which is the creative intelligence and Divine Spark in each of us. As such it has a variety of connections, such as:

• Intuition and creativity
• Originality and ambition
• Passion, enthusiasm, and sexuality.
• Spirituality and expansion

The Wands also take us on a journey building ourselves up, the world challenging us, being reborn stronger and more capable, until we surrender to our true purpose. The Court of Wands represents an envisioner (Princess), promoter (Knight), muse (Queen), and leader (King).

The Wands have several other correspondences that can be helpful to keep in mind:
