Sefirah/Sefirot: sefirah (singular) and sefirot (plural) mean “sphere(s).” They are nodes of emanation(s), which is a term for something that flows from one thing to another, serving as the source of the next thing. In the Tree of Life, the sefirot are the channels through which the All/Monad/Divine manifests the material world.

Yetzirah: The Yetziratic world can be thought of as the space of conscious thoughts, sensations, and emotions. Its main sefirot are beauty, victory, splendor, and foundation – meaning the 6s, Kings, 7s, 8s, and 9s dominate this world. For those familiar with these references, Yetzirah corresponds to jhanas 3 and 4, as well as CoreTraining levels of thought and emotion.
