Gathering Time: Triangulating Truth

The online YourTurn Monthly Gatherings are FREE opportunities to explore key topics related to meditative living, including general principles as well as specific practices and perspectives from various traditions. They occur every first Sunday of the month from 1:00pm-2:30pm ET. All are welcome – no previous meditation experience required!
This month we will be exploring our *Semi-Annual PATH Program topic of Triangulating Our Truth:
We function at multiple levels; the sensations in our bodies, the emotions in our ‘hearts,’ and the thoughts in our mind. By putting the three in relationship to each other, we experience our authentic truth.
