Yogic Meditation

Spend 45 minutes with Dan in the practice of the internal limbs of yoga (dharna, dyhana and samadhi) in person at Yoga Element in Boardman, Ohio!
Instructions and teachings on the process of yogic meditation will be followed by Q&A to integrate and refine our understanding, with a guided meditation to end the session!
