This season’s PATH Program is designed to enhance self-knowledge to support living life on purpose. The program has two components: concentration meditation and self-assured self-discipline. Concentration meditation unifies the mind, producing a Centered, Clear, and Coherent state. Self-Assured Self-Discipline (SASD, pronounced “sassed”) is the actualization of the belief that we are fundamentally wholesome and capable of living flourishing lives. Register for our 4 weekly 90-minute calls for just $60.  In this practice period, we will spend time:

  1. Learning proven meditation techniques and establishing a meditation practice
  2. Discovering more about how our mind functions
  3. Using this knowledge to live purposefully, absent of internal conflict and self-sabotage

Weekly Objectives: Students are encouraged to journal, take notes, or otherwise keep records of their process and observations around their mental/emotional states while practicing. Each week, you’ll be given prompts for reflection and discussion. Come prepared to share at least one insight from your practice each week.
