DESCRIPTION:  \nDivine posture is the bedrock of meditative living. It is the foundation on which all other seated meditation rests and has profound impacts on our well-being. The true power of meditation is in its capacity to erode barriers between our physical body and spiritual heart/mind\, so this program serves as an exercise that includes our entire being. During this in-person practice\, you will discover: \n\n\n\nWhy posture matters\nA posture that enables you to be receptive to entering meditative states\nThe mind’s response/reaction to physical stillness\nThe benefit of accepting discomfort\nSeveral meditation techniques\, and\nSkills that provide a solid foundation for spiritual growth\n\n\n\nThis event is sponsored and organized by the Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center\, a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of the Humility of Mary\, and is appropriate for ALL\, from absolute beginners to season meditators\, or even aspiring teachers. \nWorkshop will be held on Saturday\, March 2nd\, from 9am to 4pm ET\, in-person at Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center in Villa Maria\, PA. \nRegister HERE!\nCost is $90 \n  \n  \n
