DESCRIPTION:SEMI-ANNUAL PATH Program: Fall 2024\nSASD is a YourTurn mantra that stands for Self-assured Self-discipline. \nIt’s our principle that by knowing my Self I’m naturally inspired to do what’s good for me. \n\nThis 4-week program offers participants an opportunity to do in-depth practice with the community around a SASD. One\, 90 minute call with teaching\, connection\, guided exercises and Q&A is provided weekly. Participants may also schedule an optional 1:1 meeting with Dan during this 4 week program.  \n\n\nWeekly Objectives:\nStudents are encouraged to journal\, take notes\, or otherwise keep records of their process and observations around their mental/emotional states while practicing. Each week\, you’ll be given prompts for reflection and discussion. Come prepared to share at least one insight from your practice each week. \n\nIncluded in a YourTurn Membership. $60 for non-members.\nRegistration for Fall 2024 PATH coming soon!\n
