Release. Balance. Create. is a weekend-long ingression.

Ingression is the process of potential becoming manifest. This is quite the opposite of a retreat, where a retreat looks to separate ourselves from the mundane for contemplative purposes. Instead, we are becoming clear regarding our highest values and purpose so that the obstructions to its manifestation are removed.

We will gather to:

• Learn how our identity emerges, moment-by-moment, through the interplay of sensation, thought, and emotion.
• Turn the power of our thoughts to release limitations and recognize our innate Beauty.
• Balance giving and receiving, conquering and surrendering
• Utilizing the clarity of our Higher Self’s perspective to live out our true purpose.
• Create the conditions for persistent well-being through interior transformation and self-knowledge.

This ingression utilizes the specialized perspectives developed through the scientific study of consciousness, the spiritual investigation of reality in East Asian wisdom, the pragmatic spiritual alchemy of the mystery traditions, and the non-dual truth of ultimate reality.

The workshop format will span multiple modalities in a container of open, honest, and vulnerable community and connection. There will be periods of:

• Physical embodiment exercises
• Breath and energetic exercises
• Mediation periods
• Large group learnings, discussions and integrations
• Small-group discussions
• Relaxation and fun
